the staff at check in and out and every, all encountered in the hallways and around the pool were friendly and helpful

had book a king room with spa bath once we got here they told us all the rooms with a spa were taken even though we had

breakfast was wonderful

breakfast was my favorite

close and clean . definitely a bonus on the late check out..

we liked the furnishings in the room and bathroom there was a texas shaped pool near our room

staff was great, bar is very nice

experience, we had to check in late, not only did they give us a late check out

hot pool had many leaves in it

they had a little fitness (i wouldn't call it a center) you can only fit like 2 or 3 people max

the room we noticed hot hot it was the door to the outside was left propped open we passed by the laundry room and saw a mountain of sheets thrown on the floor in the laundry room the room was hot

no breakfast just coffee and bread

i didn t get room service not once

i like how there was a jacuzzi and room service.

the bed was amazing. my kids absolutely loved the pool! the staff was incredibly nice.

my kids drove me crazy running around playing and having too much fun
