we needed to do laundry and they let us use their machines for a fee, gave us detergent, and let us stay 2 hours
the staff was very friendly and communication was great for an early check in

everyone who worked there, in the hotel, the bar and in the diner, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating
the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of greenport
the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out

rooms were clean, very quiet, no one was ever in the pool except my mom and me with my son
the pool was missing the hand railing
lady at the desk was super and allowed early check in which was so helpful
the pool looked very inviting
we didn’t use the pool but the pool area looked nice
