i liked the kitchen setup.

the room was spacious, the kitchen had everyting except a coffee maker

the kitchen is an excellent feature - i was able to boil eggs, and heat up food in the microwave

mrs cherry ann james who i ran into at the coffee bar was super cool when i asked questions and engaged into a conversation

we love the food and the pool and awesome staff

servers in the kitchen and bar and the room staff was amazing

venezuelans making noise in the corridor late at night plus bar attendant had us waiting 10 minutes to take our order otherwise everything was fine rated 5

at 2am (our flight was delayed), and the staff at montecristo inn were able to pick us up in the shuttle despite the late hour

the hotel offers the free shuttle service to the airport and they pick up you too

shuttle service available upon request via the app and a call after landing, a 5 minute ride away

we called for shuttle and it arrived in 10 min

laundry service was also on point, leave it on the bed in a bag in the morning and find it washed
