shower, good heater/air conditioning(jan is cold in monterrey) , good wifi , good location (-)wifi didn t work (+)this hotel is good value for money. it has free wifi. (-)wifi wasn't working at all (-) the staff, while nice at check-in, did absolutely nothing to help when i told them my wifi was pitiful

is old, the room is ugly, the window was small in the corner of the room with the view to the parking

hotel felt worn my room had view to a multiple level parking lot it was noisy
traffic noise whereas the backside is more quiet with a view and very close to a multiple floor parking lot

breakfast was really good, people friendly at all times, swimming pool was enjoyable for kids and the mall was closer to the hotel, you can walk around and have places to go
