pool was great

the facility was really fun for our kids, but there was a lot of running and jumping going on around us, not ideal for a family with

the kids enjoyed relaxing in the living room and the teens enjoyed the strong wifi connection

did not get to relax indoor no wifi and no television

it was great to have a restaurant on site and the breakfast to go was great

ich served the best breakfast

they have a spa,pool, and yoga on site

pool area has resident iguanas for an authentic experience, not to mention the pool is beautiful

we loved breakfast, cocktails, and lounging at the pool

of breakfast options and eggs come from their chickens on the property

service all around, did not have wifi in cabana, did not refill refrigerator for the entire stay, power to entire cabana turns off

wifi overall good

the pool doesn t have any amenities like a bar or restaurant next to it and the pool chairs had not been cleaned off so there were a lot of

bar & restaurant were very quiet, it wasn t high season but we found a couple of other places

the onsite pool was very nice too

the views were amazing, the pool, drinks and food at the resort were also great

bar was fun and good pricing

the waitress and bar staff were especially friendly and so personable

the pool areas are lovely and the surrounding landscape is lush, fragrant and teeming with birds and

very clean facilities and optional laundry services

rooms smelled strongly of black mold and the swimming pool wasn t chlorinated, was green and full of algae

the rooms were spacious, and the kitchenette was decently, equipped, including a small refrigerator

shared kitchen has coffee and maker on hand

the parking was a bit tight if you had a bigger vehicle, which we did.

the parking was difficult to find as well as the entrance

wifi works really well throughout the

offered a laundry service and were happy to accommodate a short turn around tme as we had come back from a

value for money and staff were extremely helpful and let me do a free late check out (an hour later)
