the beds are so hard i couldn’t sleep and the pool wasn’t open

pool access prior to booking i was assured that it was available after arrival we got settled in

breakfast was delicious we loved the atmosphere.

television in the living room, no dresser or shelves in the bedroom, and the kitchen wasn’t stocked even though there were nice appliances

the spa bathtub, when turned on, even on the lowest settings, was very loud and not relaxing

for a room with a spa tub

the lady in the morning was not, i called about a late check out because we fell asleep again and she flat out said no

like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

this is after i asked about a late check out which i was rudely ignored about

jacuzzi not working pool not heated

everything was good. no pool though

not enough breakfast like eggs turkey, beef bacon or sausage english muffins

got up at nine to go get breakfast and there was nothing left

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and i really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning

cost was good, except added per day pet fee

pool towels not really there

house keeping never came and got the laundry i had to go and sneak off the cart the next day to get towels and bagged the towels and

unclean laundry room

the yogurt was a dannon creamy, which i’ve never heard of and then a kids yogurt

breakfast staff was courteous & kind, food was delicious.

we enjoyed the breakfast offered to the guests

temperature of the pool was very cool

everything from the room, pool, and waiting area was clean

the pictures were exactly like the room, spa tub and all. even down to the same type of bedding.

his pool closed at 7pm i didn't get off from work til 9pm so my kids only got 1 hour of pool time

the breakfast was very limited even for a budget hotel.
