staff were great, the building is beautiful, room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped

it was mentioned there was a kitchen but no staff on site to prepare a breakfast which is usual for a b&b and a voucher was

quiet neighborhood, food vouchers for any meals, access to kitchen, bathroom, cleanliness.

we enjoyed a full kitchen and sitting rooms which worked great for our party of 4

we especially liked the outside fire pit and the possibility to use the kitchen

great kitchen and friendly knowledgeable staff. connie was very helpful. very good location.

unfortunately, the restaurant was unavailable due to covid, but the room service was very nice.

microwave in the room and the room service is so expensive and you can't heat up your food

there were dirty room service dishes throughout our hallway on the 6th floor

lobby bar was great for a pre-dinner drink, the rooftop lounge was great for after dinner drinks

of architecture in the book tower building and the roof top bar to have drinks at sunset
