a great customer service, clean rooms, feeling of being safe and welcomed, bar food and drinks, lovely bartender, coffe pot downstairs, free lavender pouches to sleep tight,

the gym was a good size and standard

bar gets active at night and everything is mostly walking distance

there was only one little bar of soap in the bathroom

cleanliness and comfort of the room the gym a strategic location in downtown but, at the same time, in a quiet area many amenities within a

spa bath wasn't clean

hotel charges $15 for each reservation for their « services » (shuttle, gym)

the spa rooms are very spacious

would have given it a 10, but there was an issue with the in-room spa tub

the gym was the size of a walk-in closet. it got pretty full in the morning.
