if you needed an early night you would be unable to sleep
jacqui was very accommodating to give us an early check in and also kept our bags after checkout so that we could collect them after the game
bit disappointed the bar wasn't open on sunday evening but it didn't spoil our stay.
good location and handy for the bar downstairs
the attaching bar was very cosy, we had a lovely few drinks in the beer garden and listening to the passing

the gym was very small. not comfortable to be more than one person there at a time.
the lounge/living room was a nice spot for relaxing in the evenings and the gym a nice add on
still the laundry was not dry

the breakfast tray delivered to the room was nicely presented with ample selection of food
superb location and great continental breakfast
this is a definite gem of a bed and breakfast that i would not hesitate to book again

also breakfast is delivered to your room, which again is a great touch but a small table and two chairs
