great room set up like the bar area and the market in the lobby was convenient

the hotel is nice and the room and the bar it was nice

the room was clean. staff nice. pool was nice and empty since no one was staying at the hotel

pool was closed, no person at the front desk

the mark restaurant in the hotel is excellent breakfast , lunch and dinner with a great bar attached as well

the handicap accessibility was just a wall bar and regular tub shower not a walk in shower.

breakfast was very good & most of all the lady that cooked the meal was very friendly & the food

the shower bar needed to be fixed. the curtain would not stay closed.

i like the room size and the fact that there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel

my room was right next to the pool side of the hotel so it wasn't very quiet at times.

the customer service was excellent as we arrived after the hotel's restaurent and bar had closed (and with an infant in tow) and they created us a creative spread that allowed us to (+) you can walk everywhere - shops, a couple of bars, restaurants - and hillsborough has a genuinely warm small-town vibe (+) nice bar an restaurant
