at front desk booking second night stay bar service was terrible, bar was a mess with food left on bar, not cleaned up while bartender

been updated, did offer free parking as apology empty plates and glasses not cleared away from bar when we visited even though not busy, only one bartender and was not very attentive

menu at the bar could be improved upon. not a huge selection

a simple grab bar by the toilet and one in the shower can allow those over 80years old the ability to travel and

could also use another towel bar

they set the bar for what hospitality should be like

we loved the large bedroom and the free snacks bar in the lounge
