the pool is fantastic and having the bathrooms, bar and elevator nearby it was great

our sliding glass door would not lock so we had to make sure we put the bar back up

entered my room after i left to go visit family came back and the bar was up for the sliding glass door

on the ceiling of my room i always travel with bleach so i sprayed it and cleared it up, also the laundry room is located on the corner and you have to pass it to get to rooms they had so much

they served breakfast (which was very good) they had a bar better than leaving the (-)the bar and dinner area looked closed (+)restaurant and bar was open (+)newly renovated, awesome size tvs , restaurant n bar on site, welcoming staff (+)the lounge and bar area was nice. especially the outside patio with the fire pit. (+) nice to have a bar down stairs for a quick celebration (-)staff was not friendly. bar food was sub par, best to leave hotel for food options.

i love the shuttle service to and from the airport.

the staff were nice and the free drinks at the bar was a plus.

we also would like to see the restaurant and bar open during the day instead of 5pm

room service threw away my drinks i personally paid for that i left in my room including my drinks

had horrific experience with leticia while waiting for the shuttle
