there was a bar tender on thursday evening when i got there and was told there would be one on friday but the

i asked if the bar would be open and was told it opened at 5pm and then shortly after that was told it would not

the guy at the front desk on friday evening was very helpful with finding a close by bar to grab a drink at before the event i was attending at kings island

breakfast was good and staff service great.

picked the hilton garden inn because of the food service and bar

customer service was the best i have encountered. they set the bar with their customer service.
