they need patio umbrellas by the pool. no shade :

cute outdoor pool, but not enough chairs and a very ugly safety fence

equipped bathroom, nice robes, bar open late, coffee tea and cold drinks available 24/7, lovely pool and hot tub area

staff, fresh cookies, real wood fire, resident cat, warm pool, all super clean, and well-curated design

fantastic location and loved the spa facilities. room was sweet and the bed very comfortable!

fridge is really tiny, you can barely put leftovers from your dinner in there * there is no way to heat your food, not even a

grab bar at low toilet would have helped

there's a great restaurant and bar attached to the inn and the food was exceptional

location was good and the bar staff was very friendly. bed was very comfortable.

location is very good, just 30 mins to the berkshire mountain resort * there is a bar walking distance from the hotel * parking right in front of your suit * there is a small fridge

a complimentary hot cocoa and coffee bar

i really enjoyed the free coffee bar, that really added value

the bar staff was great

however, there was one bartender working the bar and servicing the entire restaurant

the falcon bar is too small and not a relaxing place to have

two bars of soap (one for shower and one for sink) instead of just the one bar would be nice. (+)amenities- good restaurant and bar in hotel, lovely pool and lounging area, outdoor porch and patio dining, full porch with (+) the fire pit near the bar was a plus as well (+)bar and restaurant scene (+) the bar / restaurant area is a great place to enjoy the evening

the space that weren’t fully cleaned: the shelf in the shower still had soap slime a previous bar of soap and the extra blanket appeared to have a substance stuck to it a large portion of one

we didn't use the inside pool, but it was clean and maintained and very inviting (no bathing suits)

there is a pitch and putt golf course, swimming pool, shuffle board and even a fishing hole out back
