restaurant and bar areas were very nice ( and still decorated for the holidays ) (-)bar is not welcoming to sit in for a drink, it is dark and the air conditioning is too cold (-) no fridge or mini bar in the room

the weather was cool for use of the pool, but the surrounding terrace was pleasant

easy parking inside the hotel too

there is also a parking lot and a really nice pool outside

located really nice in campeche, and a breeze to come and go as you please with their own parking

the pool was great and very well maintained, and we had it all to ourselves

the pool area was quite good. there are very few hotels in campeche city with good size pools

the pool was unattractive to swim in

have an available elevator, the access to the pool can be dangerous since you need to walk through the restaurant floor whiich is slippery

the cleanliness of the pool area was not maintained

easy access and good parking

on the second day, the wifi stopped working in the room, went downstairs and they gave me access to another line that only

room and bed, very quiet as i was the only passenger at the time, hot shower with pressure, wifi in room worked most of the time, the pool was small and refreshing

breakfast included was a joke: cereal that i squeezed myself out of a jar and a prepacked

the showers were clocked- poor breakfast

the hotel and room is clean. it has good wifi
