wifi at all the gym/pool closes very early very outdated rooms beds are super hard sheet and towels are extremely old

spectacular; loved the accommodations, the staff and the pool!

the pool was small but warm and nicely situated

heated saltwater pool is great and the staff is incredible

architecture and design were gorgeous, the pool was dreamy and the food we had for breakfast via room service was exceptional

about 15mins from the centro pictures did it justice amenities: they have a coffee bar in your room and snacks(at a cost) but it was good (+) the little bar under the hotel should be advertised better because we would have gone more times (+) the bar is amazing

important to be aware of the noise from the road (which starts at about 6am) and the hotel bar music (which stops at 11pm)

also the internet was acceptable, but our room was on the ground floor very close to the internet wifi router, not sure about the other

luis was so helpful arranging a couple of tours for us and when we sent our laundry in to be cleaned is was back in our room within 2 hours

honesty bar - be careful with pricing at the end of your stay

hosts were excellent throughout our stay, helping us with transfers, recommendations and laundry

staff lied to us about how loud the bar was going to be and we’re unhelpful

on top of that, the bar on the ground floor puts on loud music at night, making resting very hard

since it has a bar in a lounge, it could be a bit noisy if you care

room was beautiful, had a great mini bar and was clean and comfortable

terrace, and my private terrace wasn't so private after all as the public one connected to the bar was next door with no wall or screen in between

where sleeping in the room below the rooftop bar and it was incredibly loud and it was open until 12 am, we changed to one of the rooms below

in centro, there can be some noise from the street below in terms of traffic, construction and bar activity at night

they provide a bar with pastries, fruit and other items for the guests in the morning and tapas in the afternoon,

the biggest problem is at night, as there's a bar nearby blasting music till late

drinking mezcal from the honor bar on the rooftop is a must

i got a bonus drink at the bar which was delicious and the pool is small but refreshing

if you have a room with interior view be aware there is only no music either at the bar or restaurant between 2 and 8am if you want to open the window and sleep

were pleased to be offered complimentary cocktail vouchers at check-in although the bar didn t honor them in my case

on top of that, there is a bar or karaoke place nearby that played loud music two nights in a row until around 2:30 a

the breakfast and coffee is also impressive, the pastries from boulenc are as good (if not better) than

wifi was pretty slow in my room (106) and in the common areas (*) the wifi is occasionally wobbly (-)slow wifi with limited dates of use, noisy at times (-)and wifi could be improved (+) the air conditioning and wifi worked great (-) wifi was quite weak (-)better rooms, updated fixtures, better wifi.

i wish there had been a jacuzzi or pool to relax some afternoons

no pool even when in the facilities section said it has.
