short walk into town so access to lively bar scene not far away but nice and quiet in hotel

the view from the rooftop bar was amazing and we had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were very good

the bar next door hosted karaoke night until 10pm. it was uncomfortable!

also my room was right next to a bar that played loud live music until 10pm followed by another 30-60mins of loud post bar human

also, our room was next to the restaurant kitchen and next door to another bar that had music

there is a bar right next door which has loud music / karaoke / open mic although it does close at 10pm the

the heavy metal beat from the bar across the street was very loud

breakfast is available but opened too late for us since most of the touristic activites start quite

the common area is good they had music from 5 pm to 10 pm they have a bar the view is marvelous

all the conversations, and fantastic dinners with them at their very unique small restaurant / bar overlooking the lake

people and 2 beautiful dogs (one which will keep you safe ate night by accompanying you from the bar to the toilet so you don't have to walk alone in the dark :-p)

a beer in the hotel restaurant is three times more expensive than any other bar

you have your own private garden with picnic table and lounge chairs, a well equipped kitchen to do some cooking outside and hot water for a shower after a busy day lounging around

we loved sitting in the outdoor kitchen, which was very well stocked, unfortunately it was too windy and cold in the evening to sit

lee and elaine will let you do a load of laundry in their washer

the outdoor kitchen was perfect

the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked fine

cleaning service, no staff at all, low water pressure, no complimentary water, no safe, no parking in the hotel, parking was a block away and anybody could get into it

i'm not actually sure if the kitchen is commonly used by the guests; i asked if i could store a few items in the fridge and use

parking was in a separate, secure parking lot around a corner from the hotel

the guatemalan breakfast was great for me but a bit more variety would be useful

to grab the attention of the person at the front desk when we needed her to open the door to the parking lot

not big breakfast but more than enough

located a few steps of central park i do really love the location, since you get up you can have breakfast early in the morning next to the fountain in the main patio delicious breakfast

there’s even a kids playroom

even after we checked out, they graciously allowed us to continue using the pool facilities and provided us with towels, extending their hospitality beyond our expectations

also, the hotel has a lovely little outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool table and foosball that kept our teenagers happy and busy

wifi was not working until i restarted the router outside the room

beautiful resort, with a great pool area. heated pool. restaurant and bar were great.

hotel could be so much better but it does need investment the bar next to restaurant is uninviting and the outside bar closes at
