some cons, at night the internet was weak approx 1 bar of service

when you talk to the bar tenders and waiters they all tell you the biggest complaint they hear is food and drink prices

almost got charged an additional night as well as for some candy from the mini bar which i don't think ever existed

the bar area with swings and sitting areas was very inviting

only pool children are allowed in is behind a bar and deep- children should be allowed to swim in the main pool, which is empty most of the time

hotel staff was friendly and helpful. loved the concept of the bar honor system.

location. short walk to the beach the lap pool and gorgeous plants quiet friendly staff

enjoyed the lap pool as well

only miss is there was no bar fridge in the room which would have been very nice to have for drinks and fruit

everything is super clean but the towels both in the room and for the pool are showing a bit of wear and tear and could be updated

we love the place, the staff, the pool, the beach and all the good food places on the beach

luis, the head bartender at the lobby bar was friendly and always remembered our drinks of choice

courteous bellmans, awesome views, great food, gorgeous sunsets from every where you looked, bar was comfortable

best of all were the staff, especially bladimir in the lobby bar and manuel on the beach

drinks from the bar are very cheap n not good

the snack bar should be called a bar
