i spent a morning relaxing by the pool which has a lovely vibe - relaxing music, drinks from the bar etc

very big and cozy room, rich and tasty breakfast, bar serving alcoholic cocktails, very nice swimming pool, very good restaurant, cheap laundry

was quick and smooth with nazha, got our rooms within 2 or 3 minutes, then went down to the bar met the bartender youssef who welcomed us and treated us well, drinks were well made, great

upstairs, but well signposted from the street level; the room had free tea and coffee and a mini bar (with charge), but we didn't find this until we were leaving (+) there was also a hairdryer, and fridge, with payable mini bar containing chocolate & soft drinks (-)hard bed no bar area (+) beautiful rooftop bar nearby

and really helpful in organizing airport transfers, booking quad trips on the dunes, restaurants, spa treatments, etc
