the moment we got out of the car, from the bellmen (marco), to check-in(courtney), to the lobby bar wait staff (many, but i only remember julius and brian) to poolside (max and kristen) (+) the bar tender who was a female was great (-)i thought it would be a good idea to have a free coffee bar in the lobby (-) but for longer stay it would be helpful to have self-serving salad bar and some fresh fruits bar (-)staff was ok in the downstairs bar area (-)pool slide and bar close too early (-)thought the bar area could of been a little bigger

environment with a great spa, close to a casino, pool with a water slide, and spacious rooms

shuttle to the casino was running slow due to the event

the price paid we only got three coffee inserts one bottle of water no microwave food at the bar was very nasty our drinks were never consistent

in the middle of the desert and cell phone reception is non existent, have to use wi fi at the casino to use the phone or internet

night away, then room tv didn't work had to walk to other side if hotel then other side of casino to eat

resort and casino has exceptional service and amenities

$50 a day incidentals it wasn’t any parking by the hotel the hotel bar charged my card after i asked them to charge my room and i also asked was it gonna be taken out

at their bar on the 13th floor left much to be desired
