stayed in room 101 which is right by the check-in/bar area so we could hear everything going on there

obnoxious people coming in at 12:15 am. to the bar and being very loud. difficult to sleep

a little bar of hand soap for the sink would be appreciated

in is so late you feel like half the day is gone, not much for adults to do in the winter besides bar and restaurant, the indoor pool is full of kids which is fine but there was no hot tub or

it was hard for my husband and i to really enjoy with so many loud and splashy kids both times we attempted to visit the pool

although it would be fine for kids it is a hotel geared more towards adults

also, it would be nice if the pool stayed open later for just adults to relax without screaming kids

i got it that that the bar area sits squarely in the middle of the restaurant but when you are paying a premium price for

the hotel bar closed at 10 pm when you still had 6-8 people still drinking.

restaurant food was not good nor cooked correctly due to kitchen staffing not coming in, the mini bar pricing was written on crinkled paper

i had an unfortunate event at the record bar the night of and i left early without breakfast the next day
