as fa ormer boise residents we have eaten at the sand bar before (fwait staff was great as usual), but had no idea how nice the hotel itself was (+) everything was so clean and we loved the omelet bar for breakfast (+)place, had a balcony suite only way to go, had dinner and drinks at bar and grill and didn't have to drive, river walk was relaxing (+)location can t be beat, there is so much that you can walk to and the bar in the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere (+)hot breakfast buffet served until 11 on weekdays, included with room; live music in lobby bar every evening; lovely saltwater eddy pool in the indoor pool facility; all employees friendly (+)pool side bar and grill. free parking. free wifi. river trail location.

i was very happy they had on site laundry room

the room was large and comfortable, modern, two bathroom sinks, spa tub, two shower heads, mini frig, coffee maker and microwave

stand out for me was the shuttle driver

unfortunately, probably due to covid the bar / restaurant is closed down but you are welcomed to bring in your own food and relax in there
