a very good restaurant and bar area (standard prices for good wines and beer, nothing silly) in the cloisters (-)lighting in bar area was a bit bright (+) large beds, stocked mini bar with modern tvs (-) similarly to my last visit it feels understaffed especially in the bar area where service was slow and unhelpful (-)lighting system in room. bar rather ordinary. (-)service in the bar and restaurant was a bit slow and at one point there was no one at reception (-)service, at breakfast and at the bar, is abysmal (-) our room was not ready and we were told we could go to the bar and have a complimentary drink

the hotel has ample parking, and a lovely pool area

also excellent wifi in rooms again unlike zara where it was practically non existent

very well located, comfortable big rooms and nice pool to chill out at the end of the day.

signs for the parking and pool were not clear

there was no restaurant or bar which meant going outside to find somewhere to eat

because of covid restrictions the bar and restaurant were closed, but hopefully this will change soon

photos show 2 no tea / coffee in room and no bar working in hotel …so hot drink only at breakfast seemed quite short staff with stressed staff

it would have been nice if the bar had been open.
