the staff was incredible, so sweet and personable, and everything you could want is right there - bar area, live music, fireplace, breakfast, restaurant, games

we had cocktails and dinner in the bar area, the fireplace was on but also think heat was on

we learned that it was built in 1915 as a summer home for a lumberbaron, and it kept the feel

grab bar for safety in the shower would have been better for me because i have trouble stepping over the

very poor; if you need to do work or download, it is one bar and very slow

the location was great for overall trip from western ny to bar harbor me.
