snack bar downstairs has good food late at night

the staff was great especially liz, and the bar staff was very friendly.

was comfortable, bar tender/s are very professional and very pleasant

a casino there was just 1 little bar , that had excellent friendly bartenders , but no wait staff so they were doing both jobs, so

the salad bar is wonderful

trouble getting drinks while playing, probably not enough staff, but the bar was centrally located so it was easy to get a drink

as i was ready to exit hotel, i decided to have my ritual cranberry juice in the main casino bar @ isle, my impression and stay were completely altered by a very obnoxious bartender named pam

while in the casino i went to the bar and asked a lady

for 2 hours playing and not once was asked if i need a drink then when my husband went to the bar he was charged for a drink

snack bar had a nice breakfast burrito, the brew had a 10 hamburger special was good

apartment was great, roomy, with gas fireplace, view of the main street, full size kitchen, had ski storage assigned to each unit, 3 minute walk to gondola, nice hot tub, free

the hot tub and spa area were great

the bar was closed all week.

we had kids and there was a park a minute walk from hotel, so that was a major plus

spa hot tub did not have towels, was dark and you have to go outside in the cold to access it

breakfast food should be less salty. couldn't eat the hot food.

waffle mix made three little waffles for some kids then staff said it was all out at 7:00 am :( then toaster didn’t have its tray on it so

the bar was a great place to hang out for apres ski and the house was within walking distance of

laundry facilities were very useful

the kitchen is really nice. is pretty spacious.

comfy bed, great location, didnt need to leave the property, big horn bar has good happy hour

love that it had a hot tap and outdoor pool

the pool area could have been kept up a bit more, but overall experience was great

having access to the hot tub at the keystone spa was so relaxing after a full day of skiing

there should be a more connected way, without stairs to get to the pool.

was beautiful but the floor by the pool is very slippery and dangerous even if you’re walking

we had a kitchen that was stocked bare-bones (just plates, cups, silverware) so you couldn't really cook in

nice staff. hotel is well maintained. good gym for a hotel. great views
