no bar was open as they had no bartender

beach staff (christian and katia), pool staff (meghan, paula, raya), bar staff (dorothy), and driver (richard), and bellhop (sheridan) (-)automatic 20% gratuity added to all restaurant and bar charges regardless of the service (-) i didn't care for the automatic gratuity, on any and everything you ordered from the bar or restaurants (-) there was a member at the bar one evening when we were having dinner who was clearly inebriated (+)whole staff, waiters, receptionists, bar tenders, beach attendants, etc were all exceptionally friendly and very helpful (-) 20% service charge at a tiny walk-up bar - server indicated that is not a gratuity (-)for the location and the room was wonderful but: construction continued, therefore the tiki bar situated near the pool with the portable restrooms did not give the feel of a first class

everything so clean, spacious and beautiful

i chose to spend a bit more to surprise my wife with the gulf view rather than the golf view as a valentines day gift

also due to covid the resort cancelled all room service cleaning

room was spacious, brand new had full kitchen and laundry

the tiki bar is a nice added touch with very affordable drinks

oyster bar a block away, breakfast place right across the street

don't like that you have to walk by the outside bar to get to the front desk but that was just a personal preference
