first off we were there on a saturday night and the bar in the lobby didn't open

bar was not open on the weekend

exterior was very clean and the lobby, bar area, breakfast area was extremely clean and smelled great

were disappointed the bar in the lobby was not open on the weekend

lots of room, comfy beds, nice pool

history, beauty, relaxation, gardens and paths to explore, 2 restaurants and a bar all in walking distance of one another

so enjoy the turtle bar also all are my favorites especially brandy alexander and planters punch and famous mint julep

we enjoyed the turtle bar and talking to the bartender, alexa white

then there is the super charming turtle bar and its men’s parlor style sitting area leading to the carriage house restaurant

and breakfast were both great experiences, one in the partial bar saloon with the owner and his sidekicks, due to the coronavirus restrictions, owner kevin kelly

famous turtle bar closed two hours early on the thursday night of our stay so we were not able to visit it

the turtle bar is a must see

beautiful grounds, excellent food @ the carriage inn and dixie cafe. turtle bar was very nice.

the restaurant and small bar are quirky and interesting

turtle bar and carriage restaurant were fantastic

the breakfast bar didn't have much to choose from. it didn't have an option for meat.

i missed the hot breakfast but when i asked if there was anything left over, they actually cooked a breakfast for me

breakfast was nice and simple and the pool looked clean

the indoor pool was open during our stay, but warning it's not a heated pool

the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in for a hotel, and i loved the snack bar and free popcorn in the afternoons

love the fact that they serve breakfast, dinner, and give you 3 free drinks from the bar per day

staff was friendly and helpful both hotel registration desk and in the bar area

wouldn't okay with the food that was serve in the bar didn't meet standards

was up into the am hours setting alarms to go do laundry

pool was bery nice and we enjoyed the sport bar and grill

i was told free margaritas but the bar staff attitude was horrible and said there were no drink specials

for happy hour was hot and uncomfortable, as there was no air conditioning or fan except in the bar area

i liked that they had a restaurant and bar within the hotel

room had microwave, fridge, ceiling fan, like the bar n grill in hotel

was going to dine and have a couple drinks in sports bar but no one ever appeared to wait on us so we left and went to walk on’s instead

that i did not like about the hotel was the fact that they did not have a complimentary coffee bar like most other hotels have

bettr handicapped parking or at least more of it. the bloody mary's from the bar were excellent
