pool was great & loved being given a shuttle to encore for the swim-up bar & restaurant, etc

great venues! lots of fun stuff to do like swim up bar and indoor pool!

they had a special event in the bar and we had gone to town and came back and had to park down by the boat launches

they did not make up our room one night and they failed to remove the room service trays
