at the same time you have access to free wifi, free parking and bar (not free =)) (+) my older sons enjoyed the movie room and the bar service (+)amazing breakfast, luxurious rooms and a bar on site (-)attempted to use the bar at about 10 (+)little bar downstairs with lounge & fireplace was lovely
the wifi is a bit spotty, but
the spa was a major disappointment in all aspects!!
the location was peaceful and breakfast was great

the bar under the hotel was noisy the week-end but not that bad.

the bar at the end of the motel makes it very noisy at night on the week-end.
the beach side bar was closed on thursday night. there was very little hot water for the shower.
