little noisy at night with the bar close by, but other than that i have no complaints

there were several good quality eating places: restaurants cafes and bar only steps away, the sky train and cinema were a 5 minute walk

to the bars of the quay, bar customers chat in the street until midnight , a bit noisy , once in a while

ask for room facing away from quay, as the bar facing east-side of hotel have loud live music

there is a bar and restaurant downstairs which was convenient

the sky train behind the hotel runs late and starts early- and the bar downstairs is open relatively late so patrons can get loud

lobby was a bit dirty however keep in mind that there are shows in the bar downstairs from the accomidations and i think they were still cleaning up from the punk show
