the bar was noisy

the breakfast bar offered everything imaginable as well as my son's omelet

views, the great fireplace lobby , the restaurant but the lobby with lobby bar and the views

the brassy restaurant needs an update. menu, bar area, etc.

wish that they had a bar in the hotel or at least have the oaks open evenings.

cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook, the views from the 4 patio doors were

trying to change check out date it wasn't easy to change date , also not much to do in area only casino and my 18 and 15 year old son couldn't go in

best staff i have ever had at a hotel. we enjoyed the pool and bar room was nice and very clean

great shower, bath amenities, makeup mirror, coffee, robe/slippers, stocked minibar

out massages were fabulous, the pool was great with the bar and food service option and we really enjoyed the live music on sunday

staff talked to us at both the sky bar and the caledonia restaurant

especially the bar manager and the young man that usually works in the sky bar

a mini bar is available on site during happy hour

middle room had the upstairs, kitchen etc so often heard guest moving around above you

bedroom was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of cutlery, staff was polite and professional except

kitchenette was included in the description, but it did not exist..........

the rooftop bar and restaurant was very convenient and nice

breakfast was very good. bar was good. location was great.

enjoyed my stay, one thing i didn’t love was the limited selection of cocktails and food at the bar

service was exceptional and this establishment sets the bar of what all hotels should like and how customers should be greeted
