no restaurant / bar no breakfast

bar & grill not yet open and pictures do not match the hotel - certain things not available

was like a mini apartment loved all the extra space having two rooms with a door a kitchen and bar area and a full bath on both sides and fold out couch’s perfect for a family with a bunch of

it was a lot bigger than i expected! restaurant with bar on site.

there was a small bar open with starbucks coffee but the staff didn’t arrive until 9am or later

pool and bar wasn’t open

facilities were clean and enjoyed that they had a bar on site and breakfast.

the drinks at the bar were very expensive!

that we weren't able to use the pool.

i would’ve really enjoyed being able to relax in the jacuzzi more while my children enjoyed the pool

the young staff working the bar/food bar were fantastic

snacks and a full baked potato bar in the evening

breakfast was hot with sausage patties, biscuits, gravy oatmeal, potatos, waffle and cereal bar

only thing i think would improve the bathroom is a grab bar on it least one end the tub

has a bar and restaurant

the breakfast bar was huge and i was looking forward to it the next morning only to find coffee and two flavors

the second room had a sliding door with a broken lock; a bar the lock

the sheets and pillowcases appeared clean. bed comfortable. karaoke bar has been shut down.

experience and i am not the type to comment these things the parking lot and grounds of this facility are completely covered with trash and debris

i went to a gym to shower instead before work, losing more time of the room i paid for than i wanted

oh and the bar was a plus

receptionists that were super helpful and friendly; the dj and bar on weekends was super convenient and fun

we live in nyc so we had no problem walking to restaurants and bars on the other side of the river

bar was not something we expected and we ended up coming back to our hotel to enjoy the music and

room was spectacular with great views, the rooftop bar is must see and the staff was world-class

the roof top bar was awesome and the bartenders were fun and friendly

that they are functioning 24 hours, so you can check in anytime and have a snack at the snack bar at any time

rooftop bar needs to be open later than 11pm.

they told us to wait at the bar, the patio bar was closed to restock

we had drinks in the bar area and did not feel to inviting there either to be honest

was my first stay here, they set the bar pretty high for any follow up stays i have here

they did comp us a drink at the bar while we waited but it messed up our evening schedule

the lobby level bar was closed and parking is an added expense.

i was surprised by how expensive the hotel bar was.

was walking distance to the concert at van andel arena, onsite restaurant and bar with happy hour

to be seated for over 10 minutes and never saw a staff member so we walked in and sat at the bar, the bartender was friendly and very helpful

also had an opportunity to enjoy the bar and the bartender was fabulous

no continental breakfast nook in the lobby, but they will provide room service for an absurd fee

access to our room thru the bar area was less than desirable but wasn't a big
