2yr olds birthday party had music blaring out all day from the bar and garden area

bar closes too early, no beer after 10pm

later opening bar & if there was a large function in the afternoon/evening one could not use the resturant

my room i had to ask for it a few days later, the games room that was advertised was locked, the bar never opened, the breakfast was very poor, there were too many stairs to climb to get to the

was ok toast and tea, the only thing i like was the lady in the kitchen and the older gentleman at night

oh i almost forgot the continental breakfast it s made fresh daily to order thank you ladies and sir for the fresh juice and cheese

there was no mini bar with little alcoholic beverages- for the price of the room

extremely cold at restaurant and hotel lobby. swimming-pool bar opens only after 4 pm.
