some items from the free breakfast bar were available to eat on my way to the airport on the hotel shuttle at 3:30am

pool didnt seem very clean

included airport shuttle system is a huge plus, all we had to when we landed in the des moines airport was talk with

parking lot was full, i parked next door

breakfast was provided and it was close to the airport

the bar was misplaced, i thought

my plane got into des moines at 12 am so i missed the last shuttle to the hotel and had to pay for a taxi

shuttle to airport.

the shuttle was dirty and the staff seemed distracted

free shuttle, nice toiletries. spacious room, close to airport

room had a larger fridge, a microwave and a coffee bar with it's own sink

the bar and restaurants hours... it wasn't open long enough

and genuine, the staff were exceptional, the food and drinks at both the restaurant and espresso bar were top notch and the sense of escape one gets just from staying here is priceless

the coffee bar was astounding, flavorful and a warm welcoming experience

rooms, lobby, and bar made us feel like we were in a very high class hotel

fantastic breakfast! amazing coffee and wine bar as well!

wine/coffee bar downstairs was out of service for any type of espresso drink, so that was disappointing

the coffee and wine bar is lovely and the restaurant very elegant

wish the coffee bar had breakfast sandwiches but thats a suggestion not a complaint

restoration was beautiful, employees all very friendly, coffee bar was added bonus

room was right off the elevator, which got pretty loud at bar close on friday night

bar was great and i had room meal service on one night, it was very quick and the order was right

the bell hops and parking attendants were the best, and the drinks at the bar actually had a decent amount of alcohol in them

and cleanliness of room, i only wished they had coffee served all day and the bar opened

woman at the bar didn't seem to want to work

some lights were out in the room, they have a bar but don't serve drinks, staff seemed unpleasant

cute bar area, friendly and helpful bartender

even a granola bar for breakfast would have been nice

was a bit of mold in the shower, towel bar had loose screw & fell off the wall, shower/tub was slick and needs something with grip

breakfast is almost all the way back to normal. bar open until midnight.

, design of the bar area means that social distancing cannot be done

the pool area is clean and has a smaller pool for smaller children

pool area under construction and that was one of the reasons to stay

very kid friendly. a nice pool area for our littles and bigger kids

bar in the bathtub had a loose piece

the handicap bar seemed broken too, but i didn't have a use for that anyhow

restaurant and bar in the facility.

also, the kids wanted to swim in the hot

sarah at the bar was amazing

the restaurant inside had great pizza and the tiki bar had great drinks

there is a tiki bar for the adults

pool area is nice. bar is nice as well.

the pool, tiki bar and restaurant were all very nice

we didn’t have to have to go out to eat and drink. their bar and chef did it all!!

could have a few amenities that are complementary like a coffee or tea bar in the morning

lights at night in the bar area - - - seems odd and not where i'd choose to have a late night drink
