this hotel was clean and had a very nice bar area with a delicious breakfast in the morning

we always stay here for packer game weekends. bar and restaurant are a big plus.

you have to walk through a bar area to get to breakfast

there is an indoor pool for families, & there is also a fun bar that has garage doors to give that outdoor experience on nice days

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

also the spa prices are over priced

no kitchen or bar because of shortage of straff

for example the bar closed at 11:00pm

if the bar was open it's only open every other weekend

was a little upset that the bar doesn’t stay open until 2am but i also understand it’s a hotel and people are usually there

it also has a bar right in the hotel, although not open as long as other bars

the staff was great!! the pool being 24 hours was amazing.

we didn't have any issues but i wouldn't say it's a number one pick for a hotel if you have kids
