very noisy, loud music into the night and early morning . terrible wifi, ,,

were literally here overnight so hard to comment, room service

clean location amenities rooftop - view of the old town and mountains, pool, bar and live music

main dining room - but the real gem of this hotel is the terrace on the 5th floor - with pool, bar and restaurant

we drove and the parking lot was secure and easily accessible

in every way: great location close to zócalo, very helpful and friendly staff, yummy breakfast, large rooms,

location, facilities, staff, and the food (very nice breakfast) are great.

however, the windows could not be opened, the parking area is very small, and a sticker placed on the car key

some english spoken at the reception, very friendly parking-guys.
