staff and overall appearance. bar tender very personable.
the ambiance of the bar and restaurant was awful. way to bright and uninviting.
staff seemed very short handed so service was very slow in restaurants and for room service.
room service consistently only stocked 3 towels when we clearly needed 4
a late night dinner at the bar had awful service
