my son was disappointed not to use the pool but that was no fault of the staff/availability there

nice gym with high quality equipment, clean pool. overall just very welcoming, neat and clean.
the only thing that was even remotely negative, and it is extremely, extremely minor, is that the pool could have been warmer, and there was no hot tub , but it was in no way a downside to our time
could've turned the heat up more in the pool area also the deposit was high and they don't offer free breakfast

the hours of the pool need an update. no kids after 9, adults til 11 or midnight.
pool and the hot tub were out of order
the jacuzzi didn't work and there was no heat in the pool area.
would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast that would make it nice

needs to be a staff member that checks on the pool every now and then
gander restaurant and the bar attendant, is a must
the mess the kids made at the pool but, not your fault.
the pool was way over crowded so my family could barely use it.

waking up to the delicious spread at breakfast made me feel right at home, and its convenient location made exploring the area a breeze
we needed an early check in and the receptionist tried to get that accomplished and it happened
fun sports bar next, super friendly staff, cheap rate
the convenient location and delicious breakfast made my trip even more enjoyable—i'll definitely be returning
