room was exactly as pictured, the pool and spa were great and the location was very central

the property does not offer a breakfast and gym

customer service/hospitality skills when i checked in, and the next day i was ready to hit the gym and asked her where it was, and she quickly stated there were no facilities at this time, and

the gym was the smallest i'd ever seen and because it rained for two days several people came in to use

hence zero amenities, lobby/sitting area, restaurant, gym

had lots to do for adults and kids a like

like the location and restaurants and gym

the on-property restaurant was excellent and our spa services were great

the pool and workout facilities were unavailable

lovely room in a prime location in jackson. the spa is great.

thinking of returning with kids and grandkids

i used the gym and loved the treadmill and peleton bikes as well as the heated indoor pool

the staff is very helpful, the rooms comfortable, and the pool spacious and with various options such as jacuzzi

beds were comfortable and the hot tub/spa was a relaxing way to end the day

pool was very small and a disappointment for the kids

how homey it was, comfortable beds. fun decor. loved the pool and outdoor hot tub

and friendly, not to mention all the little extras they supplied such as christmas gifts for the kids and cookies for santa on christmas eve

they offer a shuttle to the ski slopes too, which we didn’t use this trip

the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar was wonderful, the food was terrific and the drinks were wonderful

we had breakfast later in our stay once . it was excellent.

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.
