loved the pool, rooms, and staff

shuttle information to the parts seaworld/aquatica was not clear

exceptional everything is excelent ,activity for my kids , pool is good i love that place

friendly staff very helpful fast room service

work out room and laundry room are a plus.

one of our favorite hotels in orlando the kids enjoy the pool area

for a 3 bedroom it was tight. balcony was very small. no sofa bed for kids. furniture too bulky

hotel next time as vista cay is a distance from disney which means you need to drive and car parking is extortionate

another pool beside the one that's already there that will have zero entry and a splash pad for kids

the rooms were spacious the kids were so happy to have space

there was always parking in front of the condo

00 daily plus taxes and the open parking i don't know why to charge, the wifi internet is not

the suite had everything we needed, comfortable bed, laundry on the floor

shuttle bus is on time but the driver told us he was picking us up in the same spot which was bay

and my family stay here twice very wonderful place for your kids very kid friendly is all about the kids it

i would expect a change of laundry at the hilton hotel every day, apparently they only do that when the customer

could use a kitchenette for longer stays

no wifi in the room despite repeated requests (and no alternative accommodation available) sink in the

in the garage, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a staff member to take us to our room on a golf cart

30am, however good coffee was also at the pool bar so wasn t too bad

kitchen was great and plenty of supplies were included such as laundry soap and coffee and towels etc

and hot tub areas were excellent the to bar pool areas we went to were delicious and reasonably

the pool facilities are excellent, nicely heated so the kids can swim for hours

location, staff was friendly, andd there was plenty to do onsite for the kids (6, 8, 10, 16)

this resort has a basketball ball court, soccer field, mini golf and a gated playground

everything was great! i'm so sad i had to leave. my kids loved it! thanks for everything

across the parking lot looks horrible and is not maintained very well

staff was constantly walking property, especially around pool, to ensure clean environment and pick up anything

love this resort. great location and outdoor pool area is stuning .

gym is like a home gym for a huge resort it's ridiculous, and half the equipment was broken

room were very comfortable and expecially like the laundry amd kitchen faciliites

we washed our clothes before leaving & there was laundry powder provided for us

love the apartments, very spacious with everything you need. also love the pool, plenty of beds

we were able to watch the kids play and enjoy some good drinks

very surprised hotel did not have smart tv with youtube and or wifi capabilities.

wifi never worked for my son's tablet and the luggage carts were hard to find.

was no breakfast but the kitchen we had met our needs

comfortable large rooms, good kitchen, good facilities, the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and

pool closed at 7 instead of 11pm

the bar had a nice atmosphere, shout out to junior who always served me my ice cold blue moon with a

wifi availability was good.

the wifi was absolutely terrible. i think aol dial up was probably faster.

the parking fee is $14 per night. the wifi signal is poor.
