pool was super clean

linens were very comfortable, the kitchen supplied everything you needed for a great dinner

very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. especially the kitchen ware.

we were on our own--like a mini house and lots of amenities, including washer/dryer, kitchen to cook and two bathrooms

we did take the car to center of newport, but found plenty of public parking that we used

the guests upstairs yelled at their kids until 10:30 pm

our kids enjoyed the stairs and the adults enjoyed the location and coziness

wifi was out during the stay, apparently out in the area when we asked about it, not told about it

when you have teenage kids it’s tough to share the tv for a week

separate from kitchen/dining room, clean rooms, pillows, bed

was great, pool, gym, sauna showers and the rooms were so spacious two balconies, def going

we found 2 empty beer cans in our kids room.

they could use the gym, the pools, easily walk into town, go to the beaches

the gym had top quality equipment and everything you would want for a total body workout

it was january, but husband tried out and enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna

very, very nice bar for an evening aperitif and nice restaurant

the service at the front desk and the restaurants was wonderful - the studio bar with its fireplace was cozy on a winter evening and the food was excellent

from front desk to room service we were well treated and quite enjoyed have a drink and some bar snacks in the bar one night

lovely social meeting room (lounge - bar room) at the front -- very welcoming, warm and attractive

there are no coffee or tee at the room whereas we tried to have coffee at the restaurant’s bar at 4pm, this was visibly not a standard request and we quickly dropped the initiative

the pool- although it was chilly

the kids really enjoyed the stay

the hotels fault but just wish the bars in the hotel and the outside bar were open

needed a larger outside bar area

and we were very welcome as a family with 2 little kids

there is a nice little playground outside the pool area which was nice

breakfast it was nice to know the pool was open i didn't use it the attendant at the desk was really

there were plenty of things to do for the kids (pool, river, basketball court).
