stayed was amazing definitely pet friendly

free parking and good free wifi a bonus

i appreciate the early check in and the staff is amazing!

breakfast dining could have been kept more cleaner

construction on grounds and pool is rite near the parking lot

only the wifi sometimes it doesn't connect.

also with the construction going on parking was a challenge if you came in late

the pool was a little less glamorous than the pictures showed. but it did the job!

airlines delayed out flight overnight with no notice or voucher and 4 kids in tow

shuttle service from the airport to hotel was great, and then again back to the airport

pool wasn't clean enough, not big enough didn't like the plastic divider to the inside part of the

pet friendly,hyatt was very accommodating, inside terminal.

they were quick to sort out a problem with the wifi

if there was a swimming pool or a restaurant, it could easily be a 4* hotel for the quality of service from

everything except wifi .

we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool.

we used the hotels restaurant and room service for dinners and the quality was

room was located facing the pool on the 3rd floor and after midnight there were still people in there and it

we called ahead of time to ask about an early check in and they immediately got us into a room

the moldy smell definitely was not worth the money spent and will not be back hopefully me or my kids do not

we had four different people knock on our room door throughout our stay; the pool for the kids was always dirty
