the pool areas, especially the outdoor pool. beautiful and easy to walk in.

the golf course was nice and well kept

many activities, foosball, shuffleboard, mini golf, volleyball, to keep families busy having fun

liked the pool, thick floors, thick walls, and the kids getting to play nintendo wii for free

dishes, pots and pans and silverware, along with the unexpected dish detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent

the property was pretty nice, we even enjoyed the outdoor pool, even though it isn't pool season, but the weather was great

pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, available movies, gym, free coffee and tea are all great amenities

there were many people here on vacation and many hungry kids, i'm sure

but we had issues because of the disruption

area is very nice, there is a shuttle from the airport, water park, busch gardens and it is all free, provided by the resort

the extra fees for bicycle, tennis or golf

close to the pool and spa was also nice

only one small bar of soap for our stay

machines were all broken, but the staff and bar tender supplied us with ice

the outdoor pool was still under repair in mid may, and it was 90d out.

thing i would have changed was that the pool wasn't very warm and the game room was a little weak

do your own washing do not go on vacation to wash and dry laundry

the pool and activities for kids

my kids loved the pool, and the grounds were well maintained and enjoyable to wander through

as we had a family with young children in the room next to us and we was woken at 7:00am with the kids running around and shouting and the parents didn’t stop them (not the hotels

are three floors and no elevators so it was a surprise when you are hauling round suitcases plus kids to have to bring all suitcases downstairs

the surrounding area was beautiful, salon, golf, hiking, staff and size of our room were great.

of that hotel and take a drink on the nice terrace with view over the very beautiful garden and golf greens

very friendly staff. nice breakfast. very accommodating.

room service didn't get the order correct. by the time they corrected it the food was cold.

alarm went off at 2 am- phone was not working well cut in and out when calling for room service and bathroom tiny for

no microwave in the room and laundry machine only one is working

gym was nice size

we were not informed that there would be no breakfast and we also never got password for wifi

parking is a little tight.

though free wifi is provided the tv is only analog with few programming choices, and the channels you could

staff restocked towels and shampoo without being asked, easy check in and check out, covered parking area, the place is probably one of the most minimalist i've been to but you cannot beat the

i was impressed that the outside pool was open, because the weather was fantastic

adults and 2 late teens kids) stayed in a two bedroom apartment for two nights and it was really lovely
