in the king room the bed mattress was hard. the pool water was green so my kids didn’t swim.
there where a lot of kids out playing around the smoke
the hotel was not fancy and full of amenities such as spa, gym, etc

i always look for a place that claims to have kitchen facilities because that usually means they have a good-sized refrigerator and freezer
the room was perfect, spacious and including basically a kitchen, as well as the great private balcony
there was a kitchen sink, refrigerator, and microwave in our room

the evening bar staff was amazing

the pool is heated so you can enjoy it even when it's cold
loved the warm pool which we used x2 per day the staff where all very pleasant and helpful
no restaurant on site, bar closes at 11:00

are in the lobby of a really happening hotel - which is cool but may not be great with younger kids
in the bathroom worn off shower very small room breakfast was poor esp for kids non english speaking reception great
kids hate it but i must admit i was not very pleased as well although i treied to be open mindrd
room service took an exceptionally long time
couldn t turn ac off and the pool water looked uninviting probably due to lots of sun lotion.
