you heard people coming in and out and in the morning while having breakfast people talking too loud

by continental breakfast standards it is the poorest i have ever come across

we had food in the cafe bar in the morning before we left and the male staff member was very pleasant and helpful

when we arrived and we couldn't get heat from the aircon unit so we popped down to the adjoining bar area (reception was unstaffed) and the man there helped us (we just needed to wait 5-10 minutes
