people were very friendly, we were offered a ride back up the hill from the bar on the river free of charge

amazing service from all staff from invering on reception to the amazing roosevelt in the study bar with his secret ingredient mint julep
the lounge and bar atmosphere was a bit off.
breakfast was made to order and very delicious

the wifi didn't work and the breakfast was not very good.
breakfast was great. forgot my glasses but went back and staff did give them back to me.
some fast food restaurants nearby. free street parking.
wifi is non existing in many rooms
no parking spots had to walk further to get to the room

the swimming pool and the beds
pool was a bit dirty and the towels were stained and had tiny hairs but not a deal breaker over all
pool clean and area received plenty of sun, shade available
