the cottage with the fireplace was a nice touch
bed was comfortable and the fireplace was a great touch
the grounds were spa like and because you are a guest on the property you can ask for a tour of the main home
parking in underneath sap producing trees requiring daily car cleaning to prevent paintwork damage
location is not within walking distance of downtown, & parking downtown was limited due to balloon fest

desk clerk called me after i checked in to make sure the room was okay then greeted me by name at breakfast
room was not clean, stairs, balcony, etc all need paint, carpet dirty, guest laundry

00 for one night i would appreciate a clean bathroom and a non smoking room that was
