room was very cold 2) pool closed 3) fitness room closed 4) no hot breakfast 5) hallway floors had snow on them 6) elevator was freezing

first room had street light to bright in room, they changed my room and took the time to check parking lot to make sure no street light was in replacement room

they should put young or hyper kids on the bottom floor so the people under them can rest

the property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class (+)location couldn't be better, the rooms are large and up-to-date, the landscaping is gorgeous, the pool/hottub are big and inviting, the onsite restaurant and bar are top notch (+)was excellent, grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great (+) the art inside the hotel was amazing, the location was amazing, the steam room/hot tub/pool were wonderful (+) the spa was great, and we enjoyed the pool also (+) the warm pool was nice after a day walking around (-)pool area is small (+)the grounds and gardens. the pool!! (-)pool had a lot of bugs/leaves b/c of the tree. possibly cleaning it more often would be nice. (+) we didn't use all the facility (pool, spa, workout room) but it all seemed nice
