we went to the burger fixin's bar and they had great food
had very loud kids screaming up and down the hallway and banging in my door at midnight
kids were there for a competition and got very little sleep as a result
also, they charged the same for little kids as for adults
noisy patrons, they could not control the kids sport teams practicing in hallways at all hours

there was no daily room service and our trash wasn't collected daily
enough parking space
the entrance not well lighted both from the street and into the parking lot
staff was nice and parking lot was plowed after the snow storm

nice courtyard and pool for kids. great location.
the fitness center and the indoor pool are always a top priority for any age child
