the lady in the morning was not, i called about a late check out because we fell asleep again and she flat out said no

like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

this is after i asked about a late check out which i was rudely ignored about

no room service no availability for manicure no children allowed under 10 in hot tub

i wish they had free contential breakfast.

the spa was amazing

i had to calling room service for over a hour before someone answered the phone

would have liked bar service around the pool area

it was great it was great it was great!! breakfast was great it was wonderful!

breakfast far exceeded expectations, clean pool, quiet location, close enough to walk or scooter to

paid for parking when we didn't need to. breakfast was a little disappointing, but not that bad.
