room service was a bit tacky, the phone didn't work so i had to use my cell phone to call front

last mrn breakfast at negril buffet was a little off with the waiters i was half way through my meal b4 i

no hot tubs by pools, no adult water park/slides

room (familyroom is so small 2 kids cannot fit one bed, ac in room dont wok well, party of 20 familiy member

covid restrictions didn't allow room service. they should just do contactless room service.

they have a few amenities available such as a bar downstairs, a roof top pool, and spa

the parking and we were able to get back the stuff we left in the rooms after we checked out

telephone in the room never worked so we couldn t call front desk for room service

was not cleaned, therefore my kids and i couldn't enjoy that facility we had to go to doctor's cave (which was

some of the furniture was not working well like the windows or the kitchen.

i enjoyed every moment at this hotel and am planning on going back but next time am taking my kids

trust me my kids were a handful and they tolerate them so well

there needs to be more wifi routers throughout.

above my expectations base on the price ; once you adjust your mind to no room service and the parking on the

parking is a little crammed

building has a washer and dryer in it except c building and i wish they would add a laundry facility to that

the bar tenders remember who you are and they make sure all needs are met

laundry attendant (sorry i forget her name) for doing an exceptional job and for taking her time to

thing i didn't like for me as an adult with adult children there was too many kids running around i know it's

wifi and internet functions were poor outside of the rooms and lounge areas

they had activities kids clubs it was like doing a cruise without being on the cruise
